HENN Connector Group sold its injection molding plants in Germany and China

MP Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor tto HENN Connector Group on the sale of its injection molding division to Accursia Capital.

The transaction comprised two manufacturing sites in Blankenhain, Germany and Taicang, China.

Target: HENN’s injection molding division manufactures components for automotive occupant safety systems, including airbags, seat belt systems, and steering wheels, and supplies major global Tier-1 customers.

Buyer: Accursia Capital, a Munich-based private equity firm specializing in complex carve-outs, turnarounds, and succession solutions across mid-sized industrial companies in Europe.
