MTC to sell a majority of shares in publicly listed Aluflexpack [SWX:AFP] to Constantia Flexibles
MP Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to MTC in the sale of majority of shares in publicly listed Aluflexpack to Constantia Flexibles.
Constantia has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority of outstanding shares in AFP from Montana Tech Components AG (“MTC”) and Xoris GmbH and will launch a public tender offer for all remaining shares held by the public shareholders. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
This transaction integrates the complementary strengths of two established players, providing customers with an enhanced sustainable product range, technology portfolio and extended geographic reach.
