Der Aufwand für das Management war minimal. Die Erstellung des VDR wurde von MP organisiert, der Zeitaufwand für die Lenzing Plastics war auch dabei relativ gering. Die Q&A Runden wurden weitgehend vom MP-Team, welches sich ein ausgezeichnetes Detailwissen erarbeitet hat, bestritten. Leider aus meiner Sicht (Käufer) – gut aus Sicht des Verkäufers – wurde aufgrund all dieser Aktivitäten und Qualitäten, ein sehr hoher Verkaufserlös erzielt.
